Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

I read your post about needing drivers for your printer and wanted to help -- but need more information.

To see what's available, we would need to know what OS version you are running (i.e., Win7, Win8, Win10).

We can proceed once you provide the information.

Thanks

First of all, you need to quit posting every few minutes.  It takes time to find information and frequent postings don't help in that in any way.

Second, I needed the OS version to find the right drivers..

Here is the HP driver and software page for your printer:  http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-OfficeJet-3830-All-in-One-Printer-series/7172321/...

Drivers are available for either 32-bit Win10, or 64-bit Win10.  You didn't say which you were running, so you need to find out and select the proper drivers page.

Once on that page, you have a choice of either (of both) of the following:

1) Download the Full Feature Software and  Drivers

2) Order a CD using the Order Physical Media link

Once you get the drivers you need, remove anything that Microsoft installed for the printer, disconnect it, and install the HP software.  Do NOT reconnect the printer until prompted to do so.

Good Luck
