HP Omen 15 ek0006nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Even though Intel Virtualization Technology is enabled in BIOS (I've installed the latest F.05 Rev.A BIOS version), it is not detected in Intel Processor Identification Utility, and I was not able to install Intel HAXM

I hope it is just a BIOS bug

UPDATE:

I solved the issue; here's the solution for anyone having the same problem.

Even though it's Windows 10 Home and Hyper-V is disabled, it still reports it as enabled on systeminfo; just run the command "bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off" in an elevated command prompt and restart
