Product: OMEN Laptop 15-en0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got this laptop today I can't find the keyboard lighting options. I've tried installing drivers, updating the system and apps, uninstalling and then reinstalling, but nothing works. I have the 16GB RAM Ryzen 7 4800H with Nvidia GTX 1660ti Variant. I attached some pictures of the issue below, thanks.Screenshot (1).pngScreenshot (2).png

Not all Omen machines have Lighting feature/option. Does your machine have 4-zones keyboard as shown

 

      OCC zone.png

 

If not, then your machine does not have this feature/option.

It does not, but the images and descriptions said it did. May I know which models have the RGB keyboard and which ones do not?

I don't know what is your model/product (OMEN Laptop 15-en0xxx  is not a model/product) but my machine specs clearly say on its specs
