Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have recently updated my OS and since doing so, have been unable to get Omen software to work. I uninstalled the command centre, and installed through the Microsoft store.

when I do so, it says my version of omen is not supported. When I click on HP pc on the side, it says I need to install drivers for gaming hub to work properly.

i attempt to install them, but it does not work.

any ideas please?

@thechinmaster

OCC is no longer available, it is Omen Gaming Hub now. How old is your machine ?

Regards.

It’s the gaming hub I installed from Microsoft store, but that isn’t working either.

the machine is about three years old.

it worked fine prior to a windows update which seemed to kill it

thanks
