Omen Command Center Network Boost not working

Whenever I try to open Network Booster in Omen Command Center it shows me the message you see on the picture above and an update button. When I push it, the download is stuck at 1%. How do I fix it? I googled the problem and found this answer on Reddit: "I found a fix. You have to download from hp a plugin for command center network booster for it to work."

So, what do I have to do to make it work?

if still fail, you can click "Feedback" and choose "automatically attach my log files" to send the OCCLog.zip file to OMCC support mailbox. They will check what's the problem. Thanks.
