Product: Omen Command Center
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hello! I've been using Omen for about three months now but, all of the sudden, the application didn't work when I tried to launch it yesterday. It worked perfectly fine two days ago and nothing happened---the icon just disappeared from my task bar, it wouldn't launch, and I couldn't uninstall and reinstall it. I can't remove it from the Apps & Features Setting from Windows since it doesn't show up and I can't uninstall it from the Start Menu. If I go into the Microsoft Store, it says I can install it again but, each time, it fails and takes up storage space from my C;// drive. I can't find it in file explorer, either. I've restarted my computer and it's been about a day since it started.
Does anyone have some advice? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the command center from Windows store and check whether it resolves the issue.
Here is how it is done.
- Click the Windows Store icon in the system tray.
- Search for OMEN Command Center.
- Click Update. Wait while the program downloads and installs.
- Click Play.
OMEN Command Center opens.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
