HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1000 Laptop PC (9EK37AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, i'm using the laptop HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1000sl.

I've been trying for the past week or so to access some important features of HP Omen Gaming Hub from my laptop, by installing the Omen Hub SKD Package in the Utility-Tools of the model (https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/hp-pavilion-gaming-15-ec1000-laptop-pc-series/32612064).

Everytime i time to install it, after the reboot i am getting nothing of the features that should be there.

Also, when the laptop restarts, after about 1 minute of uptime, a window opens from AMD Ryzen Master SKD with a list of commands, where i can only click 'OK'.

Thanks

Hi @D444rr,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're having trouble getting the HP Omen Gaming Hub SDK to work properly on your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1000sl. The AMD Ryzen Master SDK message at startup might be related to an installation issue.

Step 1: Ensure Your System is Up to Date

  1. Update Windows
  • Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates and install any pending updates.
  • Visit the HP support page and download:
    • The latest BIOS update
    • Chipset drivers
    • Graphics drivers (AMD/NVIDIA)
    • HP Omen Gaming Hub SDK Package

Step 2: Perform a Clean Reinstallation of HP Omen Gaming Hub SDK

  1. Uninstall Any Existing SDK Installations
  • Open Control Panel > Programs & Features
  • Look for HP Omen Gaming Hub SDK and AMD Ryzen Master SDK
  • Uninstall both and restart your PC
  • Download the HP Omen Gaming Hub from the Microsoft Store
  • Install the SDK Package from the HP Support Page

Restart Your Laptop and Check If It Works

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Hello, thank you very much for you reply to help me.

I tried doing all the steps that you told me, but unfortunately i am still getting the same message on the restart.

Initially, i as well figured out that AMD Ryzen Master SDK could not be installed for a problem in Microsoft Visual  C++ Redistributable 2015-2022 (x64). So i tried also Deleting from Control Panel the Microsoft Visual  C++ Redistributable 2015-2022 (x64) , restarting the system, and then running "C:\SWSetup\SP153972\AMD\AMD RyzenMaster SDK_2.13.1.3123.exe" managed to make the AMD Ryzen Master SDK be installed.

Still, whenever i run the HP Omen Gaming Hub SDK package installation file (sp153972.exe), i get the same message window after rebooting.

Here is the translated image of the message i get from my language to english:
