HP Recommended

So earlier today i stumbled upon the tutorial video for Undervolting on the Omen Gaming Hub. Once i got home i noticed i had the old gaming hub. Alright, i try to update it on the microsoft store and it doesn't work. I search on the HP Forums (this) and find a post describing my problem, and the answer was 2 drivers (from HP). I downloaded those and restarted my laptop, then opened gaming hub. It says that i should update it, and i do. It says normal updates failed so it takes me to the microsoft store. I press download and it starts up until a little over the halfway point where it just gets stuck. It's been like this for 10 minutes. While writing this it reset, and i tried again. Same thing.
