Product: Omen 17t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Omen Gaming Hub on my laptop refuses to open. If I press the dedicated key on my keyboard it opens a window and loads, flashing up text like "Smelting Ore" which I assume is just what it does while it's loading, but it never actually opens into the gaming hub proper. I have tried uninstalling, restarting, and then redownloading the app several times, and even completely reset my laptop once. Resetting the laptop caused it to actually work the first time I booted it back up, but once I turned it off and back on again the same problem reappeared. It is highly frustrating being unable to use a lot of my laptops features because a single piece of software simply refuses to function, so any assistance would be appreciated.
