Today, my OMEN Gaming Hub stopped launching properly. It either gets stuck on the loading screen forever, or it crashes while loading and gives the error titled "OmenCommandCenterBackground.exe - Application Error" which states "The exception unknown software exception (0xe434352) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFFA81B4ED9.". I tried reinstalling and updating all drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the Gaming Hub, rebooting my computer several times, and disabling quick start/fast boot. It's still doing the exact same thing.

This means I can't change my fan speeds, and it isn't automatically increasing to meet the heat demands when I play games, so my laptop overheats.

Hi,

You could go to link and download “OMENLogCollector.exe”: [content removed]

Then, execute it, it will generate 2 log files. Send both files to [content removed]
