I have an HP Victus 16 which as I know is supposed to have support for the Omen Gaming Hub, but whenever I start it I only end up getting this error: While starting OMEN Gaming Hub an unexpected error occurred. Do you want to reopen the App ? (Translated by myself, so might not be 100% accurate, you can see the untranslated error below) With then one button to close and one to reopen the App. Neither reinstalling nor restarting the PC did anything.
I also have the OMEN button, thats only made for opening the OMEN Gaming Hub, which opens the App but still runs into the same error.
Edit:
I apologize for the typo in the headline, and I found out that when starting games I get notifications from OMEN Gaming Hub, that for example, ram has been cleared while the app itself still wont open (see pic below).

So I ended up finding the issue, "Windows Media Feature Pack" was missing. You can easily check if you have the same problem by opening your camera. It will tell you that you are missing this pack if its not installed. Its an really easy fix. All you need to do is go into your windows setting, search for "Apps and Features" then press add feature and search for "Media Feature Pack" if you found it, just install and restart the pc afterwards.
