Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day! The Omen button does not work and the application itself has some limited capabilities. How to fix?123.jpg

Could you please let me know which options are not working?

However, check the Features of the OMEN Command Center and OMEN software compatible models using below link:

Keep me posted.

@Stasnislaw Welcome to HP Forums Community!

Did you update the Omen controller from the HP website to resolve the issue?
Have you updated the BIOS and the Chip-set drivers as well?

While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:

Click here to download the latest OMEN Command Center to resolve this issue.

If the issue persists, Click here to find and install the omen controller, bios and chipset drivers.

The only other thing to do to recover the original application from the recovery manager: Click here for instructions to retain the original Omen controller.

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.

I updated the BIOS.

I updated the Omen command center.

And now Omen button work well, but! All functions in the Omen application are simply closed. It shows that they are, but the buttons are not active.

@Stasnislaw If this issue occurred after installing the update from the link I sent,

please uninstall the Omen command center and try the Omen Command Center from the Windows Store instead: Click here for details.

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.

I did. Everything. Uninstall, install, delete, install, reinstall, update. But still the application has limited properties.
