After a faulty driver that I couldn't uninstall I was forced to reset windows now, I already installed the HP assistant and the omen command centre but when I click on the button it does not open the app, what do I do to fix this??

Hey there! @Pinetreeaxe,
First, try updating the BIOS to the latest version and check if it helps.
Update the BIOS using this link. Click Here
Try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
- Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
- On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
- Press F10 to Save and Exit.
- Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
- Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
You can uninstall the HP omen control center from control panel, programs and update the Omen control center to the latest version.

Also, update the HP system event utility to the latest version.
