Product: HP Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There was another question like this, but the solution did not help me at all.
So the OMEN Command Center displays the following message when I run it: "Looks like HP Support Assistant is not installed. Download and install it to continue." I am 100% sure that I have the latest version of HP Support Assistant because I downloaded it from the official HP site right after I got the message, and the SA works fine. I am stuck since I already have it installed and OMEN CC does not recognize it.

Please use Windows Store (not download from HP), search for OMEN Command Center  then install on your machine.

Thank you for the reply. I will try this as soon as I figure out how to fix the problem with the Windows Store. For some reason it does not download or install any apps.
