after having my omen restored all my files were wiped (all parts were replace except for the hard drive). I reinstalled all my old files but when I installed omen command center this poped up

how can I fix this ? and if I cant are there programs like it that I can substitute it for?

 

any help would be wonderful!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Let's try these steps -

  • 1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program". 
  • 2) Look for OMEN Command Center. 
  • 3) Right-click to uninstall. 
  • 4) Restart the computer. 
  • 5) Install the OMEN Command Center from this link.

Echo thanks for getting back to me. I tried your link after going through your first solution and I was met with this on your linked page. I checked and my wifi was on and my add blockers were off so I'm not sure if there something on my side messing up the page. where to from here?
