i have a problem in the app OMEN GAMING HUB , it shows on the tab of system vitals a warning asking for a driver updates , i tried so many solutions using CHAT GPT and HP supportGPT but the problem doesn't go

Let’s walk through a clean reset and driver sync that can help clear the alert and restore full functionality to System Vitals.

 

Try these steps to resolve the OMEN Gaming Hub driver update warning:

1. Uninstall and reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub completely

A clean reinstall ensures all SDK components are refreshed.

  • Press Windows + X, select Apps and Features
  • Find OMEN Gaming Hub and uninstall it
  • Restart your PC
  • Download the latest version from the Microsoft Store
  • Launch the app and allow it to install all required components

 

2. Install the OMEN SDK manually

The System Vitals tab relies on the OMEN SDK to communicate with hardware sensors.

  • Visit the HP OMEN SDK Support Page
  • Scroll to the section titled OMEN SDK update failure causes error message
  • Download and install the SDK package listed for your device series
  • Restart your system and open OMEN Gaming Hub again

 

3. Update chipset and system interface drivers

Missing or outdated platform drivers can block sensor access.

  • Visit the HP Drivers Page
  • Enter your exact OMEN model (e.g., OMEN 15-en1xxx)
  • Download and install:
    • Intel or AMD Chipset Driver
    • HP System Interface Driver
    • HP Hardware Diagnostics UWP (if listed)

Restart after each installation.

 

4. Run HP Cloud Recovery Tool (optional)

If the issue persists and you want a full software refresh:

  • Download the HP Cloud Recovery Tool
  • Create a recovery USB and reinstall the factory image
  • This restores all OMEN Gaming Hub dependencies and drivers
