On Dec 4, I submitted a care pack report to Focus,crc@hp.com and have heard NOTHING from HP   How do i find the status of my rebate request?

Alan i contacted https://www.hp.com/contacthp/  as you suggested  but there is no option to contact support since my computer has exceeded the 3 year warranty period     CAN YOU SUPPLY ME WITH DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS HOW I CAN MAKE CONTACT WITH SUPPORT.    The 90 day clock is ticking and I have no way of determining my rebate status.  Eash time I try  I become more disillusioned with HP!   HELP!
