OpenCL support for Pavilion 15-cs3xxx

I recently purchased a Pavilion 15-cs3xxx for a class.  When I ran a program, I received an error "clCreateContext(): CL_DEVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE".  I google and it seems to be related to OpenCL support. I checked the BIOS (no option to select video processor), updated firmware using hp support assistant but error still persisted. My course mates did not have such issue. I was also able to run on another hp elitebook.

Any suggestions how I can resolve the issue?

Some additional info. System is running Windows 10 [Version 10.0.17134.1] and I tried running both hashcat 4.1.0 and 5.1.0 in VMware Player 15 and physical hardware.
