Hello ajairoy1967.
Normally this is in reference to a hard drive. Have you tried running a diagnostic on your hard drive? This document has instructions.
Also, what is your product number? This document can show you where it is located.

I just change my hard disk, and I recover the original information from my damaged hard disk. The question is How can I recover my windows 7 home basic oem latam.
My laptop HP Pavilion dm1 and not include disk.

i have hp pavilion notebook model 14-n012ex touch screen
The problem is when i run the laptop i can't access to the windows laptop say (some problem , restart ) and i entering to unlimited loop
When i press Esc and go to test its say ( hard drive optimized dst check : NOT AVAILABLE)
What i can do ?!

As I understand you've received Optimized DST Failed,
Thank you for posting the failure ID as that confirms this to be a hard drive failure.
I recommend you contact HP for a hardware replacement.
Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
