Hello,
I have ordered HP Pavilion Laptop, my order was declined, and the status is pending, however, I still have a charge on my bank account that is yet to be refunded.
My bank told me that the company should provide me with a cancelation order or it should be canceled on their side for me to get a refund.
How do I proceed?
