Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx

I recently purchased an HP care pack online.  I have my receipt.  I thought I was going to get a confirmation email with my order number.  It was supposed to be delivered electronically.  Well, the email never came.  I need the order number to view my order.  I had logged in online to make the order, but the order is not on myorders and I cant find my order.  The care pack is not showing up on my support assistant.  It is the weekend, is there anything I can do or should I just wait until Monday?

Please, wait until Monday morning. The support is closed during non-business hours and during the weekends.
