Win 11 home - Outlook Send.Receive Progress following error.

!Task ' - Sending reported error (0x8004010F) : 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed.' and same for Receiving.  Win 11 handles email accounts different and having nothing but problems.

Even deleted Outlook 2021 and used PCMover and moved everything from old win 10 Spectre 360 notebook to this Pavilion 15 and still having problems.
