Hello, I encountered overheating of the CPU when turning on the game, the temperature rises to 90*, and when minimized it drops sharply to 60*. I cleaned it, the thermal paste is fine. Tell me what could be the problem?

When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
If you can't log into Windows, look on the bottom of your notebook for that information.
If you have a desktop look at the rear of your PC

You own a 72X86EA#ABD Omen 17-ck1076ng laptop.
Did you clean the intake/exhaust ports of the heat sink with PC compressed air in a can when you opened the laptop?
Is Power Options set to performance or balanced?
That image you showed is a stress test utility.
What brand of thermal grease are you using?
Did you remove every bit of the thermal pad and clean the lid of the processor with solvent before putting the thermal grease on?

The laptop was cleaned at the service center, they said that the thermal paste is fine, it has been there since the purchase and I have not changed it. The thing is, during normal operation, the temperature does not exceed 60 degrees, but as soon as I start any game, even without playing it or running a stress test, the temperature immediately rises to 90 degrees.

During normal operation the temperature should be more like 30-40 Deg C, not 60C, unless you are gaming high resolution graphics and animation.
"they said that the thermal paste is fine"
If I was seeing issues like you are reporting, I would have the processor and GPU chips repasted with high grade thermal paste.
If you are seeing 90C and if it bumps up to the Max your processor can stand, your laptop will shut itself down.
That is definitely not good for the service life of your laptop.
