First of all, you need to QUIT resetting it! A reset has very limited use and it comes with the serious issue of putting the PC back to where it was when first BUILT, and that will then lock it up with Windows Updates for hours, if not days, after that -- slowing it to a halt and rendering it all but useless. At which point, folks get disgusted, do ANOTHER reset -- and the whole process starts again.
Second, the Windows Updates fill up most of the "disk space" and MS does NOT clean up after itself. So, if the PC is still working, here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:

Also, the community Win10 Forums has the following suggestions:

Once you do all that, come back and tell us how the PC is working -- because if it STILL has serious issues then, it's hardware related and that would cost more to have it diagnosed and fixed than simply replacing it.
In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here:

Also, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html
