IHello,
I have a notebook ENVY 17-3290nr edición 3D that I have updated to windows 10 and I need to install drivers for Bluetooth and Beataudio wich are not provided from HP web page for Windows 10.
I n addittion, every time that I turn on the laptop, I need to restart **bleep** in order the WiFi to connect and works with internet.
I wonder where could I get those drivers that I need..
I apreciate some information to solve the problems.
Thans a lot,
Gustavo

Hi, Gustavo;
The notebook was not supported for W10 by HP and there are no W10 drivers for it.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the Intel Bluetooth driver I zipped up and attached below.
For the Beats audio, try the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model notebook.
6.10.6492.0
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71886.exe
Sometimes this driver will set the PC headphones as the default audio output, so if you end up having no sound after installing the driver, make sure the PC speakers are set as the default audio device.
I don't believe you will be able to remedy the Wi-Fi issue.

Hi again Paul,
Just to let you know that Beataudio and the Bluetooth are working 100%.
About the Wi Fi connection, I reconnect the batery of the laptop t seems that the problem has dissapeared.
By the way, I think that I should install some additional drivers for the screen, in particular for 3D feature in order to get full performance of the screen. Do you know iif I should install mores screen drivers in addittion to the provided by Windows 10 ? .
Thank you very much.

Gustavo

Hi, Gustavo:
Glad you have made good progress getting your notebook to run properly on W10.
Under the display adapters device manager category what do you see listed there?
There should be an AMD Radeon™ HD 7850M graphics adapter listed there.
If there is a Microsoft Basic Display adapter device listed there, you need to install the W8 driver for the graphics.

Hi again Paul,
I'm sorry for the delay to answer but I was far from de PC today.
I see jinstalled just the AMD Radeon™ HD 7850M graphics adapter, so, it would be ok
Very helpful again.
Thanks a lot.
All my best wishes,
Gustavo
