Hi,

Using the laptop mostly at home made me wonder if I can use it without the battery and just being attached to the electric current. Is it possible? How do I have to remove the battery?

Older model HP laptops have a slider you move on the bottom of the laptop case that releases the battery.

 

IF yours does not have that, the battery is not removable -- as is the case with most modern laptops.
