HP Pavilion 15 ab071tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my device manager, it says that

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

I've updated some drivers of the chipset and rebooted but still nothing changes. I have the newer version of the Inter Thermal Dynamics driver than the one provided on the website as well. Help?

Hi:

There are two instances of that device and they both require separate drivers.

Notebooks with the Broadwell processors such as yours seem to have a difficult time with getting that device to install.

So...first install the chipset driver directly from Intel and restart the PC.  The 2nd file down on the left side of the page is the auto install file.

The other possible driver would be the Thermal Dynamics driver, but it has to be for the Broadwell platform...

Installed both and still the same, unfortunately.
