Hi, I just did a fresh install for windows 10 and I cannot connect my wireless keyboard to my laptop anymore. I noticed there is a PCI device that does not install but I cannot find any copies of it online. Can you help me with this?
Here is the name of the PCI device:
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5228&SUBSYS_8A42103C&REV_01
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5228&SUBSYS_8A42103C
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5228&CC_FF0000
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5228&CC_FF00
Also is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this problem? My keyboard connects just fine before the windows install and I have not change anything. This is the keyboard: RK96 96% Wireless Mechanical Keyboard – RKgaming (rkgamingstore.com) I have been connecting it to my computer through 2.4ghz connection.

Hi:
Your notebook is only supported for W11 by HP.
That's the Realtek SD card reader in need of a driver:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W10 SD card reader driver from another model notebook also works for yours:
Realtek Card Reader Driver
10.0.19041.21335
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111336.exe
The driver file shows support for that hardware ID.
As far as the wireless keyboard, does it connect via Bluetooth?
If so, you probably need to install the W10 Bluetooth driver for the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with.
If you let me know what model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has, I will post the link to the W10 Bluetooth driver for it.
