Since you did not answer my second question, all I can do is to take an educated guess at what driver you need.

 

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Components Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

1. Please post the full model number or product number of your notebook.

 

Use this guide to find that information...please do not post the serial number.

2.  Since there are two or three different devices with the PCI Simple Communications Controller label, please post the hardware ID for the  PCI Simple Communications Controller.
