Hi!
I just installed windows 7 64bit Enterprise in my Laptop HP Product Num J4T14ES#ABV,
everything went smooth and the computer looks like working good
.
When I check the device manager I notice:
PCI Simple Communications Controller
Device type.....System devices
Manufacture ......Unknown
Location ......PCI bus 0.device 22.function 0
Device Status
This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.
.
What should I do?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try this...
Go to the device manager and click on the PCI Simple Comms Controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab.
Click on update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran sp65854.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp65854.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way.
Then restart the PC.

I recommend you install the The kernel mode driver from the link below, restart the PC and then see if you can install the driver I posted.

The driver I posted is definitely the driver you need. I also have a HP 350G1 notebook.
I did not encounter any errors when I installed the driver.

See if installing the lastest 3D driveguard driver resolves the error in your screen shot.
