Try this...

Go to the device manager and click on the PCI Simple Comms Controller needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.

Click on update driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran sp65854.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp65854.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way.

Then restart the PC.

Hi:

You need this driver for that device...

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware.

OK, thanks.

I recommend you install the The kernel mode driver from the link below, restart the PC and then see if you can install the driver I posted.

The driver I posted is definitely the driver you need.  I also have a HP 350G1 notebook.

I did not encounter any errors when I installed the driver.

You're very welcome.

See if installing the lastest 3D driveguard driver resolves the error in your screen shot.

Receives notifications from the integrated accelerometer and automatically parks the hard drive to reduce the risk of damage if the PC is accidentally dropped.
