Unfortunately, this did not work either. I was previously using Windows 8.1. When I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, the Wi-Fi light was on, but my internet was not visible in Wi-Fi status. I installed a different driver. I tried Lenovo's driver thinking it might work. It did not work. Then I downloaded the one you provided. I deleted it from the device manager and checked the box to delete the driver software for this device. I then installed it and restarted, but the error persisted.

In Device Manager, click Change driver on the unrecognized device, then indicate to search for the driver on the computer and select the one corresponding to your model.

My problem still isn't resolved. I installed the WiFi driver, but it didn't work. I was using Windows 8.1 and now I'm using Windows 10. I didn't have any problems with Windows 8.1. The problem started when I upgraded to Windows 10. Bluetooth wasn't there before, I think Bluetooth became available after I upgraded to Windows 10. I don't know if this is a problem or if there's a problem with the drivers. My computer's serial number is CND446B938.
The product identification number is also here.
K8M24EA#AB8
HP 15 Notebook PC
I think its full name should be HP 15-R120NT.

I bought this product in Türkiye. I live in Türkiye. I don't know if it makes any difference, but I thought I'd mention it. Maybe the drivers vary from country to country.

Isn't there a Windows 10 HP 15-R120NT specifically for this computer? Maybe Windows 10 Pro will fix the Wi-Fi error then?
