PCI driver issue

Hello,
              So, I've been having an issue with my PCI drivers, and it has been bothering me a ton. 3 devices show up: PCI Device, PCI Simple Communications Controller and Unknown Device. All of which have no drivers. Please provide me with drivers. 

Device: HP ProBook 450 G1
OS: Windows 11 Pro

You need these drivers:

PCI Device:

Realtek PCIe Media Card Reader Driver

sp84713.exe

 PCI Simple Communications Controller:

Intel Management Engine Components Driver

sp74763.exe

Unknown device:  Probably this one:

HP 3D DriveGuard Software

sp71708.exe

If sp71708 does not install the Unknown Device, please post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Thanks, The other two drivers worked but the 3rd didn't. IDS: USB\VID_8087&PID_07DC or USB\VID_8087&PID_07DC&REV_0001

You're very welcome.

That is the Intel Bluetooth device in need of a driver.

There are no W10/W11 drivers for that device on the HP or Intel websites but the driver from Dell works fine.
