hi THIS IS GONNA LOOK SO INCOHERENT But i have multiple issues currently that were not happening an hour ago.
for one thing my keyboard keeps randomly acting up, suddenly there will be random capitalization or the number keys will only put symbols instead of the actual numbers. like if i type a three it puts the # sign (and yes i DID MAKE THE POUND SIGN BY TYPing the number without holding down shift)
also that bit of capslock was Unintentional. any capitAls you see in this are UNINTENTIONAL DO Y"ALL SEE HOW annOYING THIS **bleep** IS LMAO
I HAVE STICKY KEYS AND ALL THE OTHER KEY TOGGLES TURNED OFF BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING> earlier there was a situation where the pop-up to toggle filter keys kept popping up even though i wasn't typing anything at the time, much less hitting the shift keys multiple times (they do not appear to be stuck, either). I DO NOT want this CAPSLOCKING TO BE A THING> ALSO I WANT REGULAR PERIODS AND COMMAS BACK> I HAVE REBOOTED MY COMPUTER SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING> I HAVE ALSO GONE ALL THROUGH VARIOUS SETTINGS> turning caps lock on or off alsO has mixed results. sometimes when i hAVE CAPSLOCK TURNED ON IT WRITES IN LOWER CASE> currently just turNed capslock back ofF ANd noW IT'S A MIX. THE other problem i'm having with it is that random text will highlight if i try and move the text cursor when typing.
another problem that i have is that whenever i click on a link< like in a google search or something it automatically opens the link in a new browser window rather than just the tab i"m already on>
as i'm sure y'all can imagine this has been extremely frustrating as i need to be able to type properly for work. i'm out here typing like a homestuck character and have found no proper solution to this problem.
