Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I cant view any website page, nor can I set region or key board layout on laptop because page keeps scrolling to bottom.  I scroll up to select united states and when I click on it,  it will scroll back down to bottom of page to Yoruba...  How can I fix this?????

I reviewed your post and I understand that the page is scrolling to the bottom automatically.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Have you reinstalled the operating system on the computer?

Are you on the Windows initial setup page?

Have you tested with an external mouse?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you try using the keyboard to select the country and using the keyboard you can complete the setup and then check.
