It's a new computer I got for school since my old one crashed, I wanted to put a password on it since I know my friends will mess with my stuff, the only problem is when I try and get onto the sign-in options in settings under accounts, it sits there with the floating blue dots. I tried to wait and see if it would load, but haven't had any success, I even exited out of the tab, and also tried logging out. I really need to get this solved ASAP!

Thanks for the response, unfortunately, I didn't get to try this solution. I signed into my Microsoft account and my password from my old computer had transferred, but if I find the need to change my password I will try this!
