Product: 7FQ26AV

Created PW to access computer for the first time after using for over a year without a password. Recorded PW to b sure it wouldn’t b forgotten. Next use, error message saying PW incorrect. Re-entered & with variations thereof. Clicked reset PW. Message saying thumb drive necessary to reset. Inserted thumb drive. Now says must have “password reset disc” which apparently was supposed to have been created at time of password but instruction was not given to do so. How can I resolve & enter computer?  TIA
