Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've got a Yamaha EZ-200 midi piano keyboard that my Pavilion x360 won't recognize.  All of my other devices have no problem with it, Windows 10 HP desktop, Windows 10 cheapo Lenovo Ideapad 100s,  Samsung S9 phone, Kindle Fire.  Plug and play easy-peasy on all of them.  It shows up just fine in the Device Manager > Sound, Video and game controllers as "USB2.0-MIDI," just like it does on my other Windows 10 machines.  I verified that the installed device drivers are also the same.  Other than that, the computer acts like it's not there.  I installed the MIDI-OX utility, and it says there's no MIDI device installed.  This is a must-have feature.  I hope someone can help me figure it out so I don't have to return it.

I couldn't get a fix, so I just returned the computer to Best Buy.

Hi,

Did you ever resolve this?
