Product: HP Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Good morning, I have a notebook with i7-7500u 2.7Ghz, 12Gb of ram, 1Tb HDD, AMD Radeon R7 M340 2Gb of VRAM.
When I play GTA 5, Rainbow Six Siege, or TDU2, it makes me peaks of FPS, I checked the performance by management activities and when I did the peaks, both the CPU and the GPU went to 13%, the CPU went to 0.83Ghz. I thought it was some update, but nothing changes. The graphics settings of the games are all at a minimum, even the screen resolution. This problem started last week, I do not know what to do.
Thank you.
