Hi I have the same issue! But instead with the Wacom Ink pen. I haven't found any information about compatibility with my laptop and any pens. Any information about compatibility?

If your Notebook has Touch Feature and is not in the Compatibility List: https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05166879, then you can only use passive stylus. Passive styluses do not require batteries, do not have any configurable options, and do not use specific pen software.
