Hello @Sama_696 ,

If your HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen is not pairing or showing on your PC, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

  1. Charge the Pen:

    • Ensure that the pen is fully charged. Place it on the magnetic pen attachment and charger area located over the two microphones on your HP device. Wait for it to charge fully before attempting to pair it again.
  2. Check Bluetooth Settings:

    • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your PC. Go to your computer's Bluetooth settings and ensure it is turned on and set to discoverable mode.
  3. Pair the Pen:

    • Try re-pairing the pen with your device:
      • Remove the pen from the Bluetooth devices list on your PC if it has been previously paired.
      • Hold down the top button on your pen for 3-5 seconds to put it in pairing mode.
      • Search for the pen on your PC's Bluetooth device list and try pairing it again.
  4. Restart the PC:

    • Sometimes simply restarting your PC can resolve Bluetooth connectivity issues. Restart your device and try pairing the pen again.
  5. Check for Software Updates:

    • Make sure your PC is running the latest software updates. This can include drivers or firmware updates that might resolve pairing issues.
  6. Proximity to PC:

    • Ensure that the pen is within a reasonable range of the PC to maintain a stable Bluetooth connection.
