 Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me? I use zoom daily for work and recently my HP has been running really slow, it keeps freezing in meetings and wont allow me to use more than one program at a time without lagging really badly, I have updated all the suggestions from support assistant, fixes and diagnostics & completed windows updates. If you have any advice or videos to help would be so grateful 🙏👍

Can we have the model number of the laptop? Zoom can be a bit demanding and a low-spec machine can struggle with it. If your computer is high spec we need to explore your Zoom settings and even perhaps your video and audio driver. Also be sure and upgrade to the latest Zoom version. Some of their recent updates make a big difference in performance.

That is not a low-powered machine. Have you tried updating Zoom to the latest version? How do you have the video set? Are you using a blurred background?
