Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ae000 CTO

The photo app that comes with Windows/the laptop when I got it (I think Windows 10, it's definitely not 11) stopped working. I got this laptop primary to have an easy way to organize lots of photos. Now, whenever I try to open a photo or album on the App, it simply closes the whole app. I cannot use it to view photos, and I cannot find an easy way to get all the photos off of the app and into folders. I asked customer support once and they said I would just have to try factory resetting the whole thing - well that would loose all my photos. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

It is a Microsoft product which comes with Windows. HP does not own the software/app. My suggestion please use Windows Store, search for Photos App and re-install it.
