Product: Hp 15s-gr0011AU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 8GB RAM Ryzen 3 1 TB Laptop and I need to know some light photo and video Editing softwares/website/apps so that i can install it on my device and it also doesn't cause problems to the laptops. Just light softwares for normal Editing.

it will be difficult to answer you
I would advise you to search precisely on specialized sites
There is an infinity of software, more or less efficient
they do not all have the same functions !

Can You please help me to find it? 

I am mentioning what I actually will do. 

For photo editing I want to normal editing just for my Instagram page. Before I was using snapseed in my android phone. Can you nane some snapseed like software. 

For video editing mainly I want to make lyrical videos and normal YouTube videos. Before shifting to laptop I was using Kinemaster in my android phone. 

Please help me to find.
