HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)
  • Laptop (1): HP Envy x360 2-in-1 15-ew0xxx

  • Laptop (2): HP Envy x360 2-in-1 15m-dr0011dx

  • Both updated to Windows 11 Version: 22H2 (Checked for updates as of uploading this, 5:40 PM CST 09FEB2023)

  • Both are installed with the "Wireless Display" optional feature.

  • I've also tried a brand-new USB-C to HDMI wired connection.

  • I've contacted Window support and HP systems support to no avail.

  • I've opened HP Support Assistant on both laptops and went to "Fix and Diagnostics" and made sure everything was updated and no errors were present.

Now for the actual description lol, HP (2) is able to connect and extend it's display to HP (1), no problem everything works as it should. HP (1) cannot connect and extend IT'S display to HP (2), however both laptops are detecting each other, I am able to attempt to connect them, it'll load like it's going to connect and then nothing. HP (2) just goes back to "Ready to pair mode" while HP (1) is stuck trying to connect to HP (2). The reason I need (1) to extend to (2) is because all my data is on (1). I've already tried everything above and am going insane! Open to ANY suggestions. Please help!
