Hello,

 

I brought a new Elite book Ultra G1i  14 inch laptop. The poly cam pro software was always giving effects loading. After few online research, I uninstalled the poly cam software and the device from the device manager.

Now I am unable to find the software and the driver .I downloaded and tried installing the package   sp165499 from the HP website but both software and driver is not getting installed .There was no error message generated by the step .Currently i have only HP 9 MP camera and HP IR camera listed under the device manager .

 

Please assist to solve this issue.
