Hi all, every hour or so I get an HP pop up saying my laptop is up to date - even with notifications selected to Off/Never.  I think!  What am I missing?

Open Settings (Windows + I) > System > Notifications. Scroll to "HP Support Assistant" or similar entries, and toggle off notifications for those apps. Also expand "Additional settings" at the bottom and uncheck "Suggest ways to get the most out of Windows and finish setting up this device" plus any tips/suggestions boxes

Thanks V21, now done all that - in Windows and in the HP Support app - and it is still popping up:

Open task manager, go to startup apps and disable HP support app and restart your laptop. If issue remains then just uninstall the HP app via Settings > Apps > HP Support Assistant > Uninstall (reinstall later for driver checkup if needed although they are also installed by windows update).
