Is it possible to revert to S3 sleep instead of the abysmal S0 sleep on an HP Laptop 17? The registry and powercfg hacks I've seen for this that apparently work for some computers don't work for this one. I find S0 useless and the alternative, hibernation, requires me to open the laptop to turn it on, rather than using an external keyboard, which is how good old S3 sleep worked.

Thanks,

David

It seems, from a discussion I just had with someone in tech support here, that the answer is "No, it can't be done" on this computer.
