Product: Pavilion Laptop 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a brand new Pavilion laptop and it drains power even when shut down, like it loses 10% or more over night when shutdown.  This is pretty unacceptable, how can we fix this?
