My power LED remains ON when I turn off my laptop!

To assist you better please provide me the complete Notebook Model or the Product Number

You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.

Try updating the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/products/

Also ensure you are shutting down the Notebook and not putting it to sleep.
