Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So while I was using my laptop yesterday at a seminar... 

I was just using Microsoft text and antivirus to scan .. suddenly the laptop showed a blue wrong saying something has gone wrong(first time happening in 3 years of use) and after that it was a blank blue screen ... I clicked the power button ... it turned off... then I clicked the power button again and it starts to blink ....the power button and Ac cord led both blinks continuously in about 5 seconds interval.... 

Is there any solution  ??? Or show I take it to nearby constomer care ??
